Inverness City Hall is closed to general public access. Please call (352) 726-2611 for an appointment with department staff or to discuss city services. The City will continue to provide services such as trash pick-up, water, sewer, public works projects, building permits, public safety, and City Administration. Utility payments may be made at Inverness-FL.gov and at the drop box in front of City Hall.
The City’s boat ramps are open; however, it’s important that boaters continue to practice social distancing. All recreational boats must be at least 50 feet apart. Each boat must not have more than 10 people on board per the FWC Executive Order 20-09. The Citrus County Sheriff’s Office and Florida Fish and Wildlife officers will have a presence on the water to enforce the distancing rules.
