Inverness, FLA – Today Florida Governor Ron DeSantis issued a safer at home order for the entire state that takes effect 12:01 a.m. on April 3, 2020 and it will last for at least 30 days. The Governor’s order “directs all Floridians to limit movements and all personal interactions outside the home to only those necessary to obtain or provide essential services.” More information on the Governor’s Order on flgov.com.
Inverness City Hall is closed to general public access. Please call (352) 726-2611 for an appointment with department staff or to discuss city services. The City will continue to provide services such as trash pick-up, water, sewer, public works projects, building permits, public safety, and City Administration. Utility payments may be made at Inverness-FL.gov and at the drop box in front of City Hall.
