The City of Inverness is closely monitoring Tropical Storm Nicole.
Due to the uncertain timing and track of the storm, there will be no waste collection operations on Thursday, 11/10.
Based on the current trajectory and intensity, normal collection schedules will resume normal operations on Friday, 11/11.
Commercial dumpster service will be canceled for Thursday 11/10, and resume on Friday 11/11.
The City of Inverness plans to complete today’s scheduled collection schedules, as long as safe conditions exist, and required disposal locations are open.
